Grèce : Emprunt

Greece will throw next week a loan further to the agreement found by 16 countries of the Euro zone to help the country.

Greece has to throw a billion euro loan, according to Financial Times dated Saturday, March 27th, further to the agreement which reached 16 countries of the Euro zone to help the country.
The director of the agency of management of the Greek national debt, Petros Christodoulou, announced in Financial Times that the government of Athens wished to borrow approximately five billion euro (6,7 billion dollars) on bond markets.
" We would like Return on the market By the end of March " said the Greek person in charge.


A 20 billion euro need


Greece needs in particular of about 20 billion euro (27 billion dollars) by the end of May to continue Refinancing of its debt.
Athens is probably going to proceed to a bond issue in three or seven years this month, followed by the other one similar in April in what is going to establish a crucial reliable test, according to Financial Times.
An agreement on a plan of help for Greece was found on Thursday, provoking from the next day one Relaxation of the rates of obligations of State Greek, which stay however in high levels. The rate of the Greek obligation of State in 10 years relaxed on Friday in 6,193 % against 6,246 % the day before.
Sixteen member countries of the Euro zone agreed on Thursday evening on a plan combined by European bilateral assistances and an intervention of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which would be set up if Greece tries the need.
The mechanism of approved assistant is a device of loans which Greece can use "In the last resort", if she did not any more succeed in borrowing from reasonable rates on markets to finance her deficits.
